Build A Dream Home
Fixed Pricing
We provide transparent pricing and a fixed-rate discount model. We give 50% of the unused cost savings from your project back to you. Aureum Carpentry will never increase the estimated price without a change order approved by you.
Change Orders
Change orders will only occur when design changes are requested. Existing issues related to structural hazards will require a change order as well. Structural hazards must be addressed by law, and are not arbitrary. When or if those issues are found, it is entirely up to you how you would like to proceed.
A Clean Home Is A Happy Home
We treat your home as if it were our own, and maintain a daily routine of cleaning. During demolition and throughout your project, we use HEPA-grade air purifiers. We cover your floors with 3 mil plastic sheeting and utilize zipper doors to close off the project area from the rest of your house.
Regardless of the size of your project, we will always leave your home, better than the way we found it.
